1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, opening, or using BA QR - Scanner & Generator, the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions. If the user does not agree with these terms, the user should not use the app.

2. Purpose of the App

BA QR - Scanner & Generator is provided as a QR code and barcode utility app. It helps users scan QR codes and barcodes, generate QR codes, copy results, open links, save scans, mark favorites, view history, use a browser-style page, follow basic usage guidance, and personalize the app through themes and haptic settings.

3. No Professional Advice

The app is a convenience tool only. QR results, barcode results, links, contact data, Wi-Fi data, email data, social links, or other generated content should not be treated as professional, legal, financial, medical, safety, or technical advice.

4. User Responsibility

The user is responsible for the content they scan, generate, save, copy, open, favorite, or share. The user should verify all QR code results before acting on them, especially when a code opens a website, payment page, download, login screen, social profile, email, phone number, or messaging app.

The user agrees not to use the app to create, store, or share unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, infringing, malicious, or unsafe content.

5. Scanning Feature

The scanning feature depends on the user’s device camera, device permissions, lighting conditions, code quality, operating system, and app compatibility. The app does not guarantee that every QR code or barcode will be detected correctly every time.

Users should not scan or open codes from unknown or suspicious sources without caution.

6. QR Generation Feature

The app may generate QR codes for text, website links, Wi-Fi details, email, contact details, cards/vCards, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, Spotify, Facebook, Viber, and other supported formats. The user is responsible for checking the details before sharing or using the generated QR code.

The app does not guarantee that every third-party scanner, platform, phone, website, or external app will read every generated QR code in the same way.

7. Saved Scans, Favorites, and History

The app may allow users to save scan results, add favorites, and view scan or browser history. This feature is provided for convenience. The user is responsible for reviewing and deleting stored content when needed, especially if the content contains personal, private, business, Wi-Fi, contact, or sensitive information.

8. Browser and External Services

When a user opens a scanned or generated link, the user may be taken to a third-party website, app, social media page, payment page, download, search result, messaging app, email app, or browser page. These external services are not owned or controlled by BA QR - Scanner & Generator.

The app is not responsible for external content, broken links, unsafe websites, scams, malware, misleading pages, login requests, purchases, subscriptions, payments, messages, or any action taken outside the app.

9. Permissions

The app may request permissions such as camera access, internet access, network access, and vibration access. These permissions support live scanning, opening online links, checking network availability, and providing haptic feedback.

If the user denies or disables a permission, some app features may not work correctly.

10. Themes, Haptics, and App Experience

The app may include visual themes, light or dark mode, batch scanning preference, haptic feedback, and haptic strength controls. These features are provided to improve comfort and usability. Actual appearance, vibration strength, performance, and smoothness may vary by device.

11. Rate, Share, and App Store Actions

The app may include buttons or actions to rate the app, share the app, open legal pages, or open external app store or website destinations. These actions may depend on device settings, installed apps, Play Store availability, and internet access.

12. Intellectual Property

The app name, design, layout, branding, website copy, app interface, and related materials belong to their respective owner unless otherwise stated. Users may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or misuse the app or its branding except where permitted by applicable law.

13. App Availability and Updates

16. User Data and Device Data

Users are responsible for managing their own device data. Uninstalling the app, clearing app data, changing phones, or changing backup settings may delete or affect saved scans, favorites, history, and preferences.

17. Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated when the app, website, legal requirements, or business details change. Continued use of the app after changes means the user accepts the updated terms.
